Holiday Gift Card – Full Terms, Conditions, and How It Works

Thank you so much for an amazing year! These limited-edition holiday gift cards are my way of giving back to the clients who supported me in December 2025. Below you’ll find exactly how the cards work, how to redeem them, and the full terms and conditions.

HOW THE HOLIDAY GIFT CARD WORKS

1. Who receives a card?

Anyone who gets tattooed by Andres in December 2025 receives one free surprise card.
Only one per person, per appointment.

2. What is inside the card?

Each card contains a scratch-off surprise amount of:

$50 credit
$100 credit
$150 credit
Or one rare “x2 Double Card” for matching tattoo experience.

3. How does the Double Card work?

A Double Card is valid only for matching tattoos done on the same day.

To double the value:

Two people must get tattooed together
Same day, same session
Each person must meet the tattoo minimum for their card tier

If the client does not have a matching partner, the card simply works as the normal single value ($50 / $100 / $150).
No penalty — no problem.

4. When can the gift card be used?

Valid from January 1 – March 31, 2026 only.
No extensions.

5. Minimum tattoo values required

These minimums keep everything fair and profitable, and ensure enough time is booked for quality work.

Single Value Cards:

$50 credit → tattoo must be $150+
$100 credit → tattoo must be $250+
$150 credit → tattoo must be $350+

Double Cards (matching tattoos):

$50 x2 → each tattoo must be $150+
$100 x2 → each tattoo must be $250+
$150 x2 → each tattoo must be $350+

These minimums apply per person, not split between two.

6. Can it be used with discounts, flash events, or promos?

No. Gift cards cannot be combined with:

Flash events
Special promos
Discounts
Other offers

7. Deposit requirement

Even with a gift card, a standard deposit is still required to secure an appointment.

Deposits are non-refundable and apply exactly as usual.

8. Do I need to bring the physical card?

Yes. Clients must present the physical card at the appointment.
Photos or screenshots will not be accepted.

Each card includes a unique validation code that must match the records.

FULL TERMS & CONDITIONS

By redeeming this holiday gift card, you agree to the following terms:

Valid only for clients who were tattooed by Andres in December 2025.
Redemption valid only from January 1 – March 31, 2026. No extensions.
A physical card must be presented at the appointment; photos are not accepted.
Card must be used in one single appointment. No partial use, no remaining balance.
Card cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or flash events.
Card has no cash value, is non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for money.
Cards are not replaceable if lost, damaged, or stolen.
A standard deposit is still required to book any appointment using a gift card.
Minimum tattoo values apply based on card amount and must be met to redeem.
One card in the series is a surprise “x2 Double Card”.
- Double value is valid only for matching tattoos on the same day.
- Each person must meet the matching tattoo minimum.
- If the client does not have a partner, the card defaults to its original single value.
A maximum of 40 cards were printed and distributed; once redeemed, they cannot be reused.
Cards are issued exclusively by Andres (ABCTATTOO / SticksAndDots).
The shop is not financially responsible for the promotion or the redemption value.
Andres reserves the right to decline redemption if the card is fraudulent, altered, invalid, or outside the rules.
