These Halloween flash tattoos will take place at Olde Line Tattoo in Hagerstown, Maryland, where Andres tattoos full-time.
Appointments will be available October 29, 30, and 31, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Walk-ins with Andres may also be accepted if his schedule allows, but booking ahead is the best way to secure your preferred date and time.
