Heading to Vermont for the Rail City Tattoo Festival this October?

The 3rd Annual Rail City Tattoo Festival returns to Downtown St. Albans on October 3–4, 2026, bringing tattoo artists, collectors, art, music, and the local tattoo community together for a full weekend at St. Albans City Hall.

Andres, known as ABCTATTOO, will be tattooing at the festival, and we are now accepting appointment requests for the weekend.

If you’ve been wanting to work with Andres, this is a great opportunity to book with him while he’s in Vermont.

Andres creates detailed custom tattoos with a focus on black and grey, fine line, blackwork, realism-inspired work, lettering, and ornamental designs.

Walk-ins may also be available during the weekend depending on his schedule.
